Our new colleague reports to the Head of Contact Centre and assists their leader in performing the tasks specified by the leader He/she will be responsible for the qualitative performance and coaching of our Team (Contact Centre of CS) The goal is to solve all the hick-ups and offer the best possible of Kifli’s customer service
